  1. Just informing all of you that we are about to get on a roll heading into this stretch vs the AL Central. You've been informed. You heard it here first. I guarantee that we win the division. I'm on vacation drinking at a pool and watched the game on my laptop. Two girls just approached my friend and I. Opened up the convo by asking if we like anal. Good day. Going out. Farewell. Let's. Fucking. Go. We fight a lot, but let's come together and GET HOT. I'm telling ya... I ain't joking. This is going to happen.

  4. 🤣🤣🤣…yes, I must be filled with hate because I think Tony La Russa is an abomination of a manager and feel bad for Sox fans who suffered through a multi year rebuild to end up with this clown show. But hey, I appreciate your concerns over my well being, especially with that much needed ex wife flex.

  5. And past that, he is quite literally an awful person off of the field.

  12. I hate hearing from the Leury apologists. It's like we should be happy with $5 gallon of gas.

  16. Along with his defense at 3B. Hard to win with Burger at 3B.

  17. All they had to do was not double down on Kimbrel and sign Pedersen. Joc and Engel would have been a fine RF platoon.

  18. Assuming we take this one, Giolito vs Giants Bullpen game is a must win. We pull off this 3 game sweep, I think we have a chance to get back in the race.

  19. If I were to trade Eloy I would make sure I was getting a left handed hitter. I feel like the biggest need for this team right now is a left handed impact bat who ideally can play a solid right or left field (I suppose 2B is also fine). Easy for me to say but that is what I would be doing. If you trade Eloy plus others and can get it (likely with a 3rd team involved in that scenario…fine by me). That said I hope Eloy has a switch that flipped and he can come back and be the guy they saw in 2000. Dude was locked in that Covid year.

  24. Lets be honest here. Watching the Yanks destroy Clev today and it is beyond clear that it doesn't matter who comes out of the pathetic AL Central they aren't beating Houston or NY.

  25. Saying Leury Garcia is a big time player is more petulant than anything else. Your guy is a joke to the baseball world.

  28. What’s juvenile about it? Tony La Russa is completely incompetent and is going to cost us a playoff appearance this year due to his giant ego. Glad to see he has one fan though!

  30. Burger isn’t fast, but he is faster than Vaughn. Vaughn doubled with two outs in 8th, and TLR was hoping Burger could score from second if Robert singled. Many questioned why it wasn’t Haseley running, but it ended up being the right call to save Haseley because no way Sheets would have scored on the game winning run.

  31. To me there are two Leury Garcia's. The player who I like and appreciate who has carved out a career as an "I'll do anything the team asks" guy. I'm really happy for him and want to see him do well. Then we have the Leury Garcia who has become the embodiment of all that is wrong with this franchise. From JR to Tony.

  38. This is about right. As an older prospect his progression should have been almost identical to (if not faster than Cesar Prieto). A+ for a couple weeks to a month to shake off the rust. If he hit just average there (he hit well above average) he should have been promoted to AA. After being at AA for another month (depending on his performance) he should have been promoted to AAA. He then should have been at AAA for the remainder of the season unless he was doing great, at which point a callup to the bigs would be warranted (only if he was doing great at AAA). This isn't a prospect, this is closer to the equivalent of say a Seiya Suzuki than a 18 year old Cuban (which is how they are treating him). For his skill and age, Colas should have been spending most of the season at AAA if he did well at AA, or AA if it was more of a challenge. The Sox are treating him like he is an 18 year old Cuban thats only played in the DSL which is an absolute joke.
