  1. Now is the time you make a point White Sox fans. Enough with the Twitter warriors. Make it hurt. DO NOT INVEST ANOTHER SINGLE DOLLAR FOR FUTURE TICKETS. Especially you season ticket holders, you can make it hurt. I dumped mine at renewal this time last year, DO THE SAME!🤬
  2. This. Twitter, my text threads, the Score acting like this is some sort of shocking breaking news. This was already expected 2 weeks ago. It sucks, move on. Until Reinsdorf sells or dies, only "YES" men will get high profile jobs on this team. They couldn't control Ozzie's mouth, so he got canned. That would be the last hire (a person with a pulse) like that.
  3. Reinsdorf and the McCaskeys have owned their teams forever and have ZERO connections in their respective sports. It's crazy how they struggle to find people outside their comfort zone to hire.
  4. It's like onboarding for a new job, they updated his credentials to all the software a GM uses and they have him doing real live training scenarios. Already used the DFA function and Option function. Wait til he finds out the "Sign Free Agent" Function has a $3 million max signing authority with the only override being "Relief Pitcher."
  5. Starting to look your source is no bueno there. He had no clue about the firings coming and now no clue about these potential hires. Let's just hope he at least got good dessert during his dinner with JR.
  6. During hard sad time, it's always Twitter that pulls me out of the hole with gems like this one. LOL
  7. I still think this is a placeholder hire to get by, a team sale will be coming within the next 24 months. Just my opinion.
  8. As someone said earlier, you have to keep people there to answer the phone for a little bit . LOL
  9. Go ahead then, but you're missing out on the bigger picture here. THIS IS HUGE WHAT JUST HAPPENED RIGHT NOW. HUGE!
  10. Jesus Christ guys, enough with the Chris Getz angst. You need a placeholder under these circumstance. Relax the f*** up 🤬
  11. Maybe somethin is already in the works, and potential buyer said you need to STOP THIS CRAZINESS IMEDIATEYL and relieve those two assholes from making anymore personnel decisions going forward.
  12. It would be interesting to know, who owns the land the park sits on along with the surrounding lots. Did Reinsforf sell it to the state in exchange to having the stadium built in the late 80s? Or did Reinsforf lease it to the state? Keep in mind, Reinsdorf is a Real Estate guru, wouldn't put it past him to even have suckered the state to building the stadium on his land.
  13. I honestly don't think this was even a discussion when the team was riding as high as it was, even after the bounce out from the Astros. Probably the only discussion was doing something similar to what the Bulls did with passing the team control to JR's son or someone close to the board. I think the two leading factors here are: a) the complete implosion of the Roster b) Steve Cohen
  14. I think Reinsdorf and Co might own the lots where the old ballpark stood, along with any parking lots from the old ballpark.
  15. What's crazy, NONE of this is being discussed right now if Yoan Moncada, Eloy Jimenez, Tim Anderson, Yazmani Grandal, Andrew Vaughn, Rick Hahn would not have sucked at their jobs as they have the last 2 years. That's what's crazy here. This complete implosion of the "Core" Rick Hahn built has basically turned the franchise upside down to the point of Ownership now trying to get out / relocate. When the Sox rebuild started, their trajectory was put side by side as those of the Braves and Rays. You can't tell me this ownership would be looking to getting out if we'd be performing like those teams right now.
  16. Cease pitching his way to having to fire Scott Borass.
  17. Charlie Blackmon is so gonna be a White Sox next year.
  18. Jason almost talking to himself exclusively, hope Steve is doing OK.
  19. LOL, this clown thinks it's still April.
  20. Jose Rondon with the .818 OPS, shocked Hahn did not extend him w/ a 10 year deal after that performance.
  21. Another 10+ runs to a bad Rockies team. The more embarrassments the better. Doubt it changes anything, but the opposite would give Hahn a crutch to stand on at the end.
  22. Robert is flirting with a 40/80 season. 40 HRs and 80 RBIs. Would be by far the lowest ever for a 40 HR season ( i believe Bonds had a 40/90). Speaks about the ineptitude surrounding him on this lineup.
  23. Luis Robert HR and another White Sox loss. Yes, more of this please. All the way to the end.
