  1. I don’t know. It definitely was dragging in the first and second acts. I also agree on the Pepper and AntMan comments. So shouldn’t SpiderMan’s friend be 5 years older and out of high school now? Also, the new funny Thor fits well with the GotG cast. It makes sense. He is going to have to hit the treadmill though.
  2. I thought it was a little boring. Thor basically being The Big Lebowski was funny and Captain America being “worthy” enough to wield Mjolnir was cool but pretty much expected once the hammer reappeared. I also liked they way they creatively essentially killed off Black Widow, Iron Man, and Captain America. However, there were also too many boring scenes to include all the character’s stories and build up to the final battle. It definitely didn’t need to be 3+ hours.
  3. Problem is he already gave up one of those for the broken down corpse of a formerly good starting pitcher.
  4. And then they traded Tatis Jr. for Shields because they still thought they had a shot. Always remember. https://www.mlb.com/news/padres-trade-james-shields-to-white-sox/c-182127960
  5. $13.4 million dollars turned into fire kindling in one offseason. No team will even take on their money, much less give up a lottery ticket prospect for them. Rick has got to freaking go.
  6. I am very excited about the young guys (Moncada, Timmay, Eloy, etc.) but then you think about who Hahn gave away (Tatis Jr.) and it kills the buzz. Plus, you know they won't be spending any money to supplement the team with premier free agents when necessary so how can anyone get too excited? Basically, everything has to fall into place perfectly for the Sox to succeed with this rebuild.
  7. Everyone saw who Hahn signed this offseason. It's amazing that he can throw millions around on these bums and think they will have some sort of fluke productive year. None of them are worth the money Hahn is paying them, except for the two relievers Colome and Herrera. How does one keep their job when almost all of their free agents signings are terrible? Why even bother signing them? I'd honestly rather see young players attempt to pan out than bums like Castillo, Alonso, Nova, Santana, etc.
  8. Sox management has produced a terrible major league team that is barely worth watching, except for a few young players. Without Robert, there won't be as much of a reason to follow the Sox minors either.
  9. When it rains, it pou... Rick Hahn shits on you.
  10. Another $9 million Hahn threw into the fire pit. Any bum off the streets of downtown Chicago could've thrown darts at a board of free agents and done a better job.
  11. Jon Jay was always a waste of $4 million but that doesn't make Tilson any better. Have you even seen Jon Jay yet? Hahn probably realizes he burned another $4 million. Right now, I'm happy with seeing Cordell get a shot. Tilson can't hit and his defense and speed were overrated to begin with. Besides, he would likely get injured in a few games.
  12. Hey now, he's a 36 year old starter coming back from finger surgery with declining velocity. How could Hahn have known he would be meat this year? 😆 Just another $4.3 million dollars that would've been better spent burning in the fireplace and at least warming the Hahn household this past winter.
  13. How do you know this? The only information I have seen on Hahn’s contract status is that he was extended long-term along with Kenny back in the summer of 2017. https://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2017/08/white-sox-recently-extended-kenny-williams-rick-hahn.html
  14. Yonder is currently sporting a .182 AVG with a .638 OPS. Nova held a 6.23 ERA before this disastrous start ballooned it to 8.42. And if Santana is coming off an injury and you anticipate that this will affect him negatively, either don’t sign him or see how he performs in Charlotte for a few starts before immediately calling him up so he can serve batting practice to major leaguers.
  15. Yeah, I guess I’m wrong. Who cares if our GM throws away $25 to $30 million each offseason. Doesn’t matter.
  16. But this is not the case. And other than the two relievers Hahn acquired, the position players he added were never good. They are mediocre veterans. Much younger and talented players outperforming these overpaid bums shouldn’t be a surprise.
  17. I don’t think either are suspicious. You are just showing 💩 at the wall right now to minimize Machado’s talents.
  18. Hypothetical guessing on roids is your first stated reasoning, lol. What about Harper then?!?
