  1. They will have to do it with their bottom b****. Do you know what I am saying?
  2. Robert is the only one on the 40 man I would consider extending down the road.
  3. Or he grounds out and doesn't score the runner. Now they face Alberto, who did hit a double earlier, so let's hope he can come through again.
  4. Who are not available after pitching back to back. People keep blaming Pedro for the poor lineups and bullpen options, but he can only play the players on the roster. Between injuries and suckatude, there aren't many options even when folks are healthy.
  5. Well it started off well. Not sure why the Sox keep pitching to Buxton.
  6. Grifol can only play the players he is given. At this stage, the team does not have a healthy legitimate starting 2B, 3B or RF. They have three DHs they play as starters (Sheets, Eloy, Vaughn). Hahn cannot construct a proper ML Roster, and cannot allocate payroll properly. That is the issue. The past four managers could do little more than play whack-a-mole covering the holes that never, ever, ever get filled in the offseason.
  7. Thanks, though that is pretty obscene given the fact folks need an hour to enter the stadium and 100 level, and brawls can go on and on with zero security involvement, because Jerry be broke and can't staff his taxpayer paid for stadium.
  8. Well, before all of these leagues became "partners" with sportsbooks, "fantasy" sportsbooks, opened sports books inside stadiums, they would disclose injuries out of self interest so that their sports had the appearance of "legitimacy", that their games were on the level. Personal health conditions treated by medical staff outside of a team's prevue and their employment (say an STD, or COVID, or acne, or other issues unrelated to their occupation) that are not treated by their employer (team), cannot be disclosed without express consent by an athlete. That is why teams were cagey with COVID diagnosis. Players contracts / agreed upon CBA language includes language that leagues are permitted to disclose employment related injuries treated by the team without a players consent. HIPPA covered entities include health insurance plans and companies (which I worked for much of my career), health care providers (doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies) and businesses tasked with transmitting health information.
  9. Gambling (Rotisserie / Fantasy and Wagering) is the primary reason professional sports leagues disclose sports injuries to the public, Professional sports teams are are not covered entities subject to HIPPA law. They can disclose sports related injuries they are treating.
  10. I understanding easing Tim back off the IL and after a night game. I rather have Tim get the day off a week for a few until he is fully 100%. Just bad timing that Burger was hurt and you're also stuck with Sheets in RF for 6-7 innings. Can't DH Tim, Eloy and Sheets at the same time. Hoping Grifol will consider pinch hitting Tim, Yoan, Robert and Eloy on their off days in crucial late inning at bats.
  11. https://www.mlb.com/glossary/injuries/oblique-strain Typical recovery time While some mild oblique strains can be resolved in just a few days, severe strains can require surgery with a recovery time of 3-4 months. In 2017, former Dodgers athletic trainer Stan Conte of Conte Injury Analytics teamed with the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City and Major League Baseball to further examine the impact of oblique strains on injured MLB players. Using MLB's Health and Injury Tracking System (HITS), the study ultimately revealed that hitters typically take 27 days to recover from a Grade 1 strain, while pitchers typically take as many as 35 days.
  12. Are they enforcing the lower deck ban on upper deck tickets this season? Also, how long are stubhub sales active before gametime? Was going to go if Billy was starting, but he isn't. Would still like to know the answers if anyone has them for stubhub and lower deck access for a future Billy Hamilton start. Thanks

Can return within 10 Days to replace a player placed on the IL). Remillard & all others are not on 40 Man Roster.
  14. Looking to see if the White Sox call up Zach Remillard today or tomorrow if Burger goes on the IL. Hahn better not dick around and lollygag placing him on the IL as is their MO if he has an oblique injury. They are already playing shorthanded in the bullpen with Lopez out since Sunday and only one off day the rest of the month.
  15. Billy needs to start in CF (Day off for Luis) or RF (Legitimate RF) Tomorrow!
