  1. Pretty great analysis from DJ. This is why I like him "Up and to the left up...and to the left Up and to the left"
  2. QUOTE (Jim Spencer @ Jul 6, 2008 -> 08:10 PM) Look at that speed by Joe. No wonder he's an All-Star :lolhitting
  3. really was a silly play BASE HIT CUBAN MISSILE 2-0 SOX!!!! beautiful at bat down 0-2!!!!!

  6. Crede over longoria is a big "whack" as the kids say.
  7. Quentin responds to being named an all-star with a K. Get 'em next time CQ Punish the league for their stupidity here jermaine
  8. Yep, I will commit myself to rectifying this situation.
  9. bahahahahahaha JASON VARITEK?!?!??!
  10. Wise tries to go for two and gets thrown out. I don't like giving away outs.
  11. No ankiel, ludwick's been good but Ankiel has been the heart and soul of that lineup outside of pujols of course.
  12. this is exciting, I haven't seen a Danks pitched game all year. Dang these A's do fight off some pitches!
  13. awesome. Kudos to the game starter that puts on what channel the game is on. I rely on that far too much.
  14. Yeah, a pretty out of the ordinary year for pujols. 13 Hrs from our starting 3rd baseman. meh. Put some of the NL 1b in the red sox lineup, I'd like to see RBI totals.
  15. I'm just going to enjoy our team of the moment. I laughed during the cubs-sox game when one of the announcers said "It looks like Lou was mad that they through him a breaking ball instead of throwing in the heat" after Alexei had hit the game tying HR. I thought to myself that after the first two weeks of the season I don't think I could've imagined anyone bad that they'd thrown the breaking ball instead of the heater to Alexei, he used to look awful with curveballs and sliders. Now, I feel like every at bat he'll do something special.
  16. QUOTE (Felix @ Jul 6, 2008 -> 06:07 PM) Yeah, he's been horrible this year. For the record, he has the 2nd best OPS for an AL 1B this year behind only Jason Giambi. He's very deserving. Did I say he didn't deserve to be in the AL? No, I said I was embarrassed that Kevin Youkilis is the AL starting first baseman. Compared to what the NL could trot out, yeah, this is pretty substandard.
