Yeah I think Keuchel Opener would be better just for the lefty/righty velo change mid -game.

So seems like this list is just coming out since a lot of guys that opened the year would lose eligibility. Guessing the update is just sliding guys up from their preseason list. MLB.com imo is a bunch of followers anyway. Excited for BA mid-season drop and BP.

Aaron Judge Critical Of Donaldson's "Jackie" Comment

Honestly our web site was as bad if not worse. -
On the other hand if you didnāt set up this roster with Josh Harrison and Leury as your two big offseason additions then the manager wouldnāt be using them daily.

Gotcha. I donāt think Kevin cash can make the Bham rotation passable. Sosa and Cespedes are a good watch but even then the rest are mostly old MiLB free agents. These huge chasms in talent between systems is revealing. But itās nice seeing Charlotte with some fun watches every night at least.

Yes these are all good points. I guess Iām just swimming blind because we have been just such an older system for so long that the only āguy blew upā stories are your 24-27 year olds (yermin was another I realize now). I think Yolmer was the last guy to really blow up in Birmingham back in 2012 when buddy bell promoted guys for not pissing down their legs until they were crushed.

He's a good boy. We love him. It is exciting as I can't remember many near-age-appropriate guys who hit well in Birmingham and fell on their face in Charlotte, and it feels like the successful ones all made it up to the majors at some point. Mendick and Sheets both provided that "not amazing but they hit X home runs in Birmingham?" before pulling of some pretty good AAA campaigns and moving up. Romy lit up AA, made a cup of coffee in a year. But Romy, Adolfo were amazing campaigns last year yet pale in comparison to this. This is the kinda stats that Eloy/Robert put up. (Right now it's better) It is early though. I think it's fine for him to get some 300 PAs down here before moving him. Romy started off en fuego, cooled for a bit, then adjusted. But he can move up too. Who cares.

I am not amazingly handy so I'd say while it is true that you can save oodles of money fixing things yourself, it is going to take some time to get there. Start small with stuff you are sure you can do confidently, and see how you feel about your quality of work before committing. There have also been small tasks that by the time I bought all the equipment cost about the same as if I'd paid. That's great if it's something you'll repair a lot, but not so great if it was a one-off. We handled a lot of the painting when we first moved in. I had done that as a summer job. But slowly I've built more things in the house. Youtube is your friend, it's honestly incredible how much product and version specific stuff is out there. One thing I'd say is I was surprised and pleased at how relatively simple and cheap toilet fixes were. That was something my dad always called a plumber for. But there's not that much in there, and the replacement parts are plentiful and cheap. By contrast, I've completely messed up a bathroom faucet that I tried to replace. Had to get all new hardware. Anyway I'd say just ask your neighbors for people they trust in terms of handyman and HVAC. Use youtube and plan liberally. Other than that you are just going to figure out for yourself what your tolerance is.

Great conversation as always but I think it's time.

thought it would be fun but in fact that was gross. There is a really good yankees blog and comments...good to know the reddit is full of bing bong dipshits and stay away. Amazing after a decade of impotence how I could forget how obnoxious yankees fans are even compared to boston fans. Better yet the silence of the national baseball writers who know who writes their checks.

Tanner Banks made the cut off for the pension right?

Also really good AV game. Good at bats.

That was a huge day. Who knows if it really is a sign of things to come, but I know I dreaded them getting swept after all that. Instead, the opposite.

Not the worst lineup he could have created #progress -

https://www.baseballamerica.com/stories/2021-22-international-reviews-chicago-white-sox/ One new guy I think, and a late last period signing Badler included since he had so much free time because the white Sox signed an incredibly teeny class again. Which is a good strategy because they get less draft picks than every team in their division. Which is ok because they donāt have a budget.

Terrel Tatum really heat up. I donāt consider him much of a prospect but Iād hoped heād provide some fun play and heās delivering after a slow start.
