  1. That's not possible. He just said a few days ago that he found her to be credible.
  2. I have a feeling that we will soon be informed here that this is actually a good thing.
  3. You're not a big fan of the "He said he's a nice guy...what more do you want?!?" approach that Senate Republicans are using instead?
  4. Hence my comment earlier about how this country is so broken.
  5. Can anyone in here imagine if this exact set of allegations was towards Barack Obama while he was serving? The GOP would have wanted him tarred and feathered. An endless amount of investigations would have occurred. People like wrathofkahn would suddenly believe the victim no matter what.
  6. Umm, this was a job interview (which I'd say was an absolute trainwreck for this particular guy), not an actual trial.
  7. He also seemingly lied about a number of other things in his initial hearing. Seems like everyone forgot about that. This guy is a complete joke.
  8. Between gerrymandering, voter suppression, low voter turnout, one party making up rules as they go along (see: Merrick Garland), etc. I still feel that it's completely broken. The "just get out there and vote!" line doesn't really do it for me anymore.
  9. The juxtaposition between the doofus and the women behind him...hilarious
  10. As is being a Democrat who votes for Trumps' garbage policy.

  12. Didn't watch the game but was shocked to see such lousy running numbers for the Bears, especially with so many guys missing from the Seattle D. Just assumed they would run it down their throats. Were they stacking the line, forcing the Bears to pass?
  13. They had the worst $ investment in their O-Line in football for a number of years. It shows!
  14. Get to see Lauryn Hill, De LA Soul, and Shabazz Palaces tomorrow night. Hopefully she shows up!
  15. They even added the prepaid postage on the envelopes starting this year (in Washington).
  16. Misdemeanor crimes, like coming to this country illegally 25 years ago, are definitely zero tolerance. Conspiracy, fraud, and obstruction of justice are debatable.
  17. They could switch the candidates to the Green River serial killer (R) and the Pope (D) and the republican would still win. We're talking about Texas here.
  18. Yeah, we got lucky that day. One of the few days recently where the forest fire smoke wasn't too bad.
  19. Who could have thought that a man who paid out $25 million in a fraud case is involved in more fraud?
