I'd like to think you are right, but I want to see him hit there more before making judgement. He could just be on a hot streak. Imagine if JM moved Maggs to the 3 spot in July, everybody would be saying. "Keep Maggs at the 3 spot, he hits better there!" Personally I don't buy the fact that hitters hit better or worse depending on where they are in the lineup. They could get better run production because of the guys around them, but I don't think a player will actually hit for better power or average depending on where he hits in the lineup. This is either a hot streak or Carlos coming into his own.

You shouldn't be surprised, it's Mariotti. He is a Cubs fan, plain and simple. His problem is that it gets in the way of his writing. He becomes biased. I saw that AtH where he backed the Sox, but I think he just is a Cubs fan and can't get over that.

He's right. It doesn't go away. I was thinking the same way as you Heads until my toe got worse. I had an infection and it f***ed up the other side of my big toe. I went into the pediotrist and he cut both the left and right side of my toenail. It's really not that bad. I had to limp around for a few days, but it's all up after that. My toenail is still growing back and I had this done Feb. 18 (my mom wrote it down on her calendar, she writes everything on it), so it takes a while. I've been pain free once my toe began healing from the surgery, and I had this pain in my toe for a couple months before I got it cut. It's the only way to go. Don't put it off, it won't get better.

On BBTN they were showing the schedule of games they were showing today and they mentioned broadcasters for the other 2 games so I'm guessing they don't have one for the Sox game. Besides, who would they use?

Yeah, the interviews on SC always suck. That was a nice change of pace. I think they let it run long too because it was good stuff.

I had Ameritech's "DSL" and now I have cable. The DSL is in quotes because it's not your typical DSL. The DSL sucked. I had troubles getting it to work and it was slow. It would space out at times and the speed wasn't great. It also had awful download time. The cable is awesome download, it's always on and it's so much faster. It was a similar price too. Cable is the way to go if you can get it cheap.

I'm sure most of you heard that Mark Cuban said that the Kobe Bryant case was good for the NBA in a business perspective because more people will want to see how he does. I think he is right, but he didn't say it right. An ESPN poll was very even on this topic. What do you guys think?
