    2014-2015 NBA thread

    QUOTE (Jenksismyb**** @ Jun 26, 2014 -> 07:02 PM) Chad Ford says they save 900k in cap space with the move. MarkDeeksNBA: #16 and #19 for #11 does NOT save money for Chicago. Difference between cap holds + extra needed roster charge = almost identical money. KCJHoop: This McDermott deal is actually less a money saver (only about $350K) than an addition that puts Dunleavy in play for sign-and-trade talks.

    QUOTE (Jenksismyb**** @ Jun 26, 2014 -> 07:00 PM) 19th pick is a million i think The difference between 11 + roster hold vs. 16 and 19s is under 500K.

    Just for clarity sake that move does essentially nothing from a cap perspective

    4/27 vs Rays

    QUOTE (Jose Abreu @ Apr 27, 2014 -> 02:11 PM) Carroll reminds me of a right handed Buehrle, but without the pitching the second he receives the ball thing. Jose, please stick to bashing homers.

    These preset rotations are f***ing mind boggling. How the hell can you not have DJ in right now when all you can hope for is some hot shooting and quick offense?

    Whoa. Charles Matthews: @CMATT_4: I'm ready... @CMATT_4: Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan St, and Marquette was the final 5
  23. QUOTE (Boogua @ Feb 9, 2014 -> 04:25 PM) It's better when Hill or Tate are out there. Not much better, but better. I agree, I'm all for playing any combination of primarily freshman. There's literally nothing to lose. With the instant impact group of transfers next year it would be nice to have a few of this years freshman ready to contribute significantly along side them. Now's the time for them to grow. Plus, lots of Nunn and Hill make games actually somewhat fun to watch.
  24. QUOTE (Boogua @ Feb 9, 2014 -> 04:13 PM) That lineup at the end of the half was awful. Abrams, Rice, Nunn, Ekey, and Colbert? Where's the passing going to come from? This team is nearly dead last in the entire nation in assists per game, where is it ever going to come from?
