    Hopefully you have some sterilization device to make it easier. Not sure if we'll have a second child since we're already old as is, but I would be curious how being a clueless first time parent compares to knowing what to expect to some extent.

    My little man is going to be 2 in June. They grow up so fast. Just yesterday it felt like he was always in my arms, now he's running around kicking over the pet water fountain and splashing water everywhere. 🤣

    I feel I am monopolizing this thread but whatever 😄 So I found a really solid position that I applied to. I want to reach out to what I believe is the HR/Talent Acquisition member to shoot my shot and introduce myself. I was going to use LinkedIn. Does anyone have any advice regarding cold communication for a job application? I know networking is the key to getting a job these days but in case where you don't know anyone that works there, what is the best approach? Thank you in advanced, Soxtalk!
