But Leury and his .487 OPS has to bat leadoff because he is fast and fast guys hit leadoff because that’s how baseball has always done it of course forgetting that the leadoff hitter leads off once per game.

This idea on striking out less and putting the ball in play is such a terrible idea. People would have looked at you like a crazy person 20 years ago but nobody hits the ball hard anymore in this lineup.
