It was nearly an identical situation to the current White Sox. They just wanted a manager that the young guys would take to and would be easy to have around while they stunk the joint up. I am livid he used up Rondon and Avilan to get two hitters and is then stuck with friggin gas can Manaya and his 8.00 ERA... Ricky FAIL When a manager blames his long man in the bullpen for not getting out the second best hitter in baseball with an open base in the 7th inning, you have to wonder about the leadership.
