Frare isn't on the 40 Man, so someone will need to be cut for him to be called up. I'm going to go with: Bummer, Danish, Fulmer, Castillo, and Tilson. I'm not entirely sure how that goes - do they just outright him off the 40-man, and does that open him to waiver claims? Would you call it a DFA if the player has no MLB time?
