An OAS(Organizational All Star) vs. Future Sox Top Prospects by Position Which list is a better representation of the Sox Minor League system right now? And who comes up with the OAS list? Ex. That is a dramatic oversimplification. What is true though is that pure statistical success is NOT the main driver for prospect evaluation.
