The oven is preheating right now and should open in about 2 days. In the meantime he’s acquiring some seasoning and baste. He is contemplating a bold expensive deep frier to speed up the timeline for the turkey but isn’t sold yet. You forgot to mention that there's only one (or possibly two) of these deep fryers and they are very popular with the other GMs. Also, this particular brand of deep fryer likes to be around other expensive appliances in order to increase its chances of appearing on Food Network. He will have it repaired, but he won’t be able to roast his turkey for at least a year, probably two., maybe more if so,etching else breaks.
