I will agree that the person operating the scoreboard has had very little to do with this franchise having the worst record in baseball over the last 6 years so there's probably very little reason to judge that person's work based on the team's performance. Also the ownership stakes for NBC Universal weren't announced, but hard to believe it would be anything but 25% across the board to all four entities. 50% White Sox/Bulls, but not controlling interest to make decisions that aren't beneficial to the Hawks or corporate parent. Along with the tickets reps, administrative assistants, ground crew, among others, except the department heads they probably make 6 figures. Loyal employers generally create a great working environment. Do you think changing mangers and front office people on a regular basis will lead to a successful team? Look at the successful teams in any professional sports and they typically have continuity in management.
