I definitely got annoyed when people tried justifying acquiring alonso independent of luring manny because a 32 year old .738 ops first baseman is just such a bad use of a prospect and money. Seriously though, I watched the Dodgers/Angels game yesterday and Kevan Smith was catching. As soon as I turned on the game... passed ball.
