Eloy was signed/drafted by St. Theo. Moncada was signed/drafted by Dombrowski. Kenny-Hahn TRADED for other orgs #1 prospects because they are not very good at finding such prospects themselves. But they were discovered by other orgs not this one. I want this org to get better at their own talent evaluation instead of relying on the scouting skills of outsiders.
