CaliSoxFanViaSWside Posted May 19, 2019 Share Posted May 19, 2019 (edited) ⚾ Lucas Giolito gave up 1 run on 3 hits , 2 walks and 4 K's in 5 innings to lower his ERA to 3.35 for his 3rd straight win. Leury Garcia led off the game with a HR. Yonder Alonso was 2-2 with 2 RBI. Charlie Tilson had a hit and has hit safely in 10 of 12 games since being recalled. With the rain starting to come down harder Giolito struck out the side in the 5th on 11 pitches and that made the game official. The game was called and Giolito gets credit for a complete game. It snapped a string of 382 without a complete game, the longest such streak in franchise history.
