No I think the Cubs have had more success than the Sox and Phillies, even if it didn't result in championships. IIRC the Cubs won 5 pennants from 1929-1945 but lost every one of those WS. It seems like the Sox have Collins earmarked for the primary DH next year, while getting spot starts here and there at catcher and 1B.
