Eloy back, Rondón DFA

Recommended Posts

Seems to me the right choice when TA returns is to send Reed down. Then you can move Jay (who seems to clearly be playing hurt), Eloy, and maybe Castillo through the DH.

I would guess they would hope to trade Jay or someone for a lottery ticket to open up the spot. I would think TA is ready to go on Tuesday.

Engel or Cordell. Or they find a taker for Jay.

Tired of seeing Cordell pop out with man on base

Unfortunately like with Minaya, nobody else will claim him, he'll remain in the organization and odds are we'll see him screw up again for the Sox next year.

Big Daddy's back and at DH.

And if Kenny-Hahn were smart, they'd keep him there.

St. Theo knew what he was giving up.

If Eloy played defense better he'd be in the Cubs lineup.

We certainly wouldn't have gotten him and Cease for Q.

Let's be sensible here.

Despite Schwarber's offense today...they're looking to trade him, too.    Or maybe not, after his first two at-bats.

Anyone know why Eloy left the game after the 6th? No he was not ejected so I’m not sure why
