8/13 Games

Collins just missed a homer by an inch. That is likely out in most other ballparks. Settles for a double.

Hell of a night for Sox prospects.

Game day has Drew Dalquist as the listed SP for AZL tonight.

Yep. Fegan mentioned he and Thompson should be starting this week.

Dalquist scoreless 1st inning.

I looked up "show minors" and he never was listed with the Sox, so idk what you're looking at.

Extended Spring training "minor league games" do not count. They get players who are repeating Rookie ball ready for Rookie ball after the draft. Feliz played in those games, but not legit games in any specific league.

Yermin just hits man.. 2 RBI double. He's also 3-5.

Get his ass up here pronto. I'd much rather see him than Skole.

Should be Mendick, Mercedes and Collins for Castillo, Yolmer and Skole

Madrigal hit 303 last year. He’s hitting 304 this year. Damn, this kid is consistent. If he’s a 300 hitter in MLB, he’s a 700 OPS even with no power. With his defense and baserunning, that’s a solid 2.5-3 WAR player. And that’s with essentially no extra base hits. Not a bad floor.

Abreu and Robert don't really count(big money Cubans are a different animal) and they traded Tatis Jr. Before he got to the States.

I mean, technically, Yolbert is a big money Cuban.

Sheets should've had a HR. Ball hit the top of that big ass screen in CF. 103 MPH off the bat for a double.

Madrigal has more extra base hits this season than Jiminez.

They didn't scout and sign tatis jr? The Cubans aren't part of the international scouting and signing? I thought the Sox went into international signing penalty because they signed Robert. It's all the same scouting outside the US regardless of the country of origin.

Having the best slugging% of his career playing in that ballpark is pretty impressive.
