I'm just giving my opinion on a baseball player.  I'm not trying to hurt anyones feelings.

No, you're not giving your opinion. You actually found a way to be critical of him after he hit an inside the park home run lol. Truly amazing honestly.

Have a nice weekend.

Thanks!  My plans got canceled for tonight and I'm a little bummed about it.  I'm really hoping something else comes along.

I honestly have no idea how keith law could watch this and watch at bats from early in the season and not see a swing/load adjustment.

Even if you sent him a gif of both swings side by side, Lord Law wouldn't admit it.

Neither would Fathom. 😜

anyone have a count on what Collins' line is since he was sent down?

Collins AAA stats/splits

The possibility of Collins developing into a young Brian McCann type offensive force would be a huge shot in the arm for this rebuild.

Defensively, sure...because an 800ish OPS at 1B/DH is still just about average. 850-875 as a platoon bat would work, if he could at least somehow hit .270-.280ish.

That said, not spending another $10-12 million for such production from a veteran would be pretty huge.

His numbers since the demotion are bonkers. If he can sustain anywhere near that, he’s one of the top offensive catchers in the game.
