That's kind of a bummer to be honest.

Bryant to Braves, Donaldson to Nats, Rendon to Rangers, Arenado to Angels

can we not post pics of shirtless guys? im at work 😕

Is your job homophobic or something? We're admiring one of the greatest talents in baseball's long history. A guy with abs like that generates a ton of power.

That's not how Rick Hahn does salary dumps; the Red Sox will wrangle a good prospect or 2 out of him, if they know what they're doing.

You're probably right.

If the Sox have to give up Vaughn or Madrigal for David fucking Price I'll be livid.

That's an amazing find. Look at the raw talent there.

That’s raw muscle.  The raw talent is in there but not visible.  But it could be much lower and cropped out of the photo.  😂

Can we stop trying to figure out a way to trade Madrigal please? Thanks. No one else, not named Luis Robert, deserves a shot in a Chicago more, and his skillset isn’t easy to find in today’s baseball climate.

Bless you!

I wouldn't mind trading Madrigal and Vaughn for a stud, No. 2 type pitcher and maybe a decent prospect, preferably a pitcher.

If Madrigal and Vaughn make it big ... well fricking make sure the starter we get is EXCELLENT! We actually don't need Madrigal as second basemen are a dime a dozen and we got Yolmer/Leury As far as Vaughn, again, let's get a pitcher that will anchor this staff for 4-5 years!!!

Why are we moving Robert from his best position?

Just thinking aloud, not advocating for it. I know this past year he was really good out there, but I thought I remember some people thinking he could ultimately end up in RF. I'd be really surprised if Eloy gets moved out of LF to DH at his age. Really only leaves CF and RF to play around with.

I really wish the Sox were on Rendon. Seems like a no brainer addition after missing out on Machado. Sign Rendon, DH Eloy, throw Yoan into LF. Then trade for some pitching and call it an off-season.

Robert is a plus defender with plus-plus speed and arm in CF. He's not moving to a corner anytime soon.

I think a lot of people have expected him to get bigger and lose speed, but it looks like he's trying to stay lean and fast.

Yeah that's probably the matchup of resources to player, I meant I was bummed more in that they were a mid level team that could keep their star and it was great since he wanted to be there...and they are going to trade him a year later.

Moving Yoan to LF is crazy imo.

This is where I probably heard that then. I haven't seen Robert aside from a few diving highlight catches and the occasional HR replay, so I wouldn't know.

Moncada is a better defensive 3B by the metrics than Rendon.

Only Chapman, Arenado and Seager were better than Moncada in 2019.

I wouldn't be surprised if he ends being a better offensive player in the next couple of years too.

Moncada is going to be a monster. Leave him be. He's going to be winning Gold Gloves and MVPs.
