MLB.com's Mark Feinsand reports that free agent third baseman Josh Donaldson has agreed to a four-year contract with the Twins.

Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic hears that there will be $92 million in guaranteed money and a fifth-year option that can push the total value to $100 million.

Except Castellanos can't play defense. Donaldson can. Twins are getting value with his bat and on defense.

Hes 34 years old and has been banged up. They just gave him 4 years.

Last year he wasnt worth more than 1 year.

I'll go on record to say he has 1 1/2 decent years and 2 1/2 injured or bad. Not sure on the order.
