At least the spread seems to have been contained to the point where there’s not than 3-5 total players involved, compared to 15+. The fact that transmission is 19x more likely indoors rather than outside augurs well for getting through this. If it's true some of the positive cases stemmed from them going to the casino despite all of the warnings, the rest of players in the league have got to be pissed. Shutting down the season because a few guys were too selfish to follow the rules impacts everyone else too. White Sox players have been going out - just like all other players around the league. There's no reason to stand on a soap box; hopefully this is a wake up call to these guys because the vast majority were not following procedures. It would be interesting to see those who test positive and get infected. I think one player was cleared two days after testing positive.
