8.15.20 GT | Cards @ Sox game 2 | 3:15PM

Robert just saved MORE runs there....that's a play maybe 15-20% of big leaguers make, and definitely not nearly as smoothly as he just managed to accomplish it.

Back to below .500... up on the horse again tomorrow then 😆🤦‍♂

Technically, we're only one game behind the Cardinals if we were in the same division, but it feels like we are 5-10 GB at the current moment.

To hit a grand slam you have to have people on base. We are allergic to that....

Hard contact by Eloy today. Just put him 3rd and worry about everything else.

This is just pathetic. All the way around, coaches to players. We went through years of shit to watch more shit. We were promised talent and effort. But instead we get a dead ass team.

Watching today's two games management must decide changes have to be made. This team was totally unprepared.

Was Detwiler not available for this one? Didn't see all of the first game

For some reason we used him down 4 runs in game 1.

The crazy thing is that you're not wrong. Today is a great example of why we need a real manager.

We'll get a real manager

Had Robert off balance and reaching, still poked it out to the warning track...

"Wouldn't this be something if the Cardinals came out and swept the doubleheader after being out of action for 17 consecutive days..."???

Cards' announcers NOT wrong, that's a testament to their unity and Schildt's leadership of that team after they finally managed to jettison Matheny.

If you can't see his instincts for the game then I can't help you.

This is facetious, I assume. lol

So fucking fitting that EE was the one to come in for Mazara and shit himself.  Fuck you Hahn and your trash roster construction.

First plate appearance the White Sox have had with a RISP this entire game.

Glad I slept through the first 2/3rd's of it.    That's brutal.   Ticketbuyers would have been issued refunds/rain checks in the Bill Veeck years after a shitty-ass performance for the one just witnessed.

Engel is a tougher out than EE, but I’m sure Ricky is looking at the back of the baseball card.
