Tim is so easy to root for, so charismatic and likable

A marketable superstar who could increase the popularity of baseball if they let him.

Not that it is going to happen but if Vaughn gets promoted in the playoffs does that start service time? No, right?

Not possible.

Fyi. He's my 9 year old daughter's favorite player.  I'm raising her right.

The New York Yankees and Philadelphia / Kansas City / Oakland Athletics are the only two teams with more AL Rookie of the Year Award winners than the Chicago White Sox.

1956 Luis Aparicio Chicago White Sox SS [20]
1963 Gary Peters Chicago White Sox P [27]
1966 Tommie Agee Chicago White Sox OF [30]
1983 Ron Kittle Chicago White Sox OF [48]
1985 Ozzie Guillén Chicago White Sox SS [50]
2014 José Abreu^§ Chicago White Sox 1B

I'm talking about the guys in this rebuild specifically.

Moncada, Eloy, Giolito, Lopez, Cease and now Robert have all gone through inconsistent rookie seasons where they did not look like MLB players for 4-8 weeks at a time.

Hitters haven't had a chance to adjust to Dunning yet.

I am still amazed that almost nobody is able to square Foster up

Is he hard to pick up?  He was productive at every minor league stop as well.

So baseball players could basically be like taxi drivers on the phone with their family the whole time.

Foster is just nails man. What a season for the rookie. And he always put up the numbers in the minors.

It’s almost like that’s par for the course for young players and you just notice it more on the White Sox.

Thought he was on the 40 man. Guess he’s not

Anyone from the alternate site to be post season eligibility was required to be on the active roster by September 20th, if I recall correctly.

I think it's got some good rising movement.

He typically sits 93-95

I didn’t see him beat 91 but probably missed it. Very paranoid about injuries before playoffs now.

Acuna, Soto, Tatis have come up and just raked. Where's our guy like that?
