MiddleCoastBias Posted September 26, 2020 Share Posted September 26, 2020 You local guys won't realize this, but for us out of towners ESPN's cameras use a slightly different camera location and angle on the plate, and it's weirdly noticeable compared to the normal home broadcast. Little quirky anachronism that doesn't make it seem like a 'home' broadcast. (Doesn't help that ESPN is going to be up the cubs' ass all night).
