Alright and on the level of a World Series contender are two different things. Jerry was elected managing partner with complete control by all minority owners, he has complete autonomy of overseeing the day to day affairs of the club. It doesn’t matter he owns less than half of the team’s ownership shares. Outside a near unanimous vote to remove him (and I’m not sure if that is even permitted outside of a lawsuit, or perhaps issues of incapacity or criminal conviction), he has complete control.
