Of course he would only pay tax on half, but it's a decent chunk of money. It tells me the Sox weren't too interested in a reunion. Edit: if the rumors are true, I doubt he is connected enough to know about a potential Sox/Brewers trade. Seems to be more on the Dominican player side.
