Saw a video where the guy was advocating for Eloy going down to the DR or other latin country where PEDs arent banned to cut his rehab from 6 months to 4 (he sounded somewhat knowledgeable, but I'm not a pharmacist)

Made me think about when Andy Petite was caught using PEDs from when he was hurt

Do you think MLB should expand the list of allowed substances to seriously injured players, to include certain drugs that are otherwise banned?
