Dozier head was down for some dumb reason and Abreu has to know you can't run down the first base line without looking. Can't expect the runner to go around you as you cut through the line. It reminded me of the play in the Illini Michigan game where dude took Eli Brooks' elbow to his face. I hope he just got his bell rung and a mild concussion, best case. It looked bad. Thank goodness he is a big guy and could absorb the contact better than someone smaller. Best case he is just very sore and misses 2 or 3 games.
