South Side Hit Men

And that’s ANOTHER White Sox Winner! Let’s Win Two Edition

Recommended Posts

Exciting game all day. Rodon gutted it out.

Nice to see Jose come through as always with the great DP and game winning RBI, and Eaton coming up big in the end. The bottom of 10th may not have turned out as easy with the pressure of trying to preserve a one run lead.

Did you get bonus baseball that the rest of us couldn't see?

Eaton had another huge three run HR earlier this year in a clutch moment if I recall correctly. Hopefully he breaks out of the slump after that 2B and HR today

Abreu comes back from 0-2 to work the count to 3-2 then gets the big sac fly after the big SB by Hamilton. Then a big walk by Mercedes followed by a HUGE HR by Eaton  and a GIGANTIC DP in the bottom of the 8th !

Doesn’t get too much more exciting than that!  Thoroughly enjoyed it!

Didn't catch most of this game. Just watched the highlights and Bummer's save. Gutsy win for sure. But, why the hell is Lamb batting 2nd with how Madrigal has been hitting?

A third way through the season, Codi putting up a vulture like W-L record.

I still think he'll turn it around for the year as a whole.  His stuff is to good.

Billy Hamilton is growing on me.  Very useful in lots of little ways.🙂

Hamilton will be on the roster all year. He has contributed to a couple of wins already.

Tony made some good decisions. Key hit by Collins.

Mercedes is starting to fade a little. I hope he picks it up in this series.

Time to change your Avatar, Poppy.  A Hamiltonian profile would look awfully nice there.

Fair enough and very Uncle Jerry of you.

Would've been nice to get a sweep but a DH split will work in Cleveland imo.

I liked the game where they won. The game where they lost, was not as good to me. Anyone else feel this way?
