In the old days, the Yankees pounded lumps on the poor Kanas City Athletics. But good teams hold their own against other good teams. A split in Cleveland would be real nice. This was the 13 game stetch Twins fans said would save their season. Their expectation was 10-3 at worst and so far are 5-4. Their schedule gets tough right after starting with the Yankees.
