Unfortunately, we simply don’t have the assets to add an OF, 2B, & RH setup man, which means we need to start thinking outside of the box where possible. The last month, much better. It’s him or Marco Hernandez if they don’t go Leury-Mendick. Promoting Goodwin likely means it’s Leury for the majority of those at-bats, unfortunately. They can’t do that (this year)...imagine the blowback if he got hurt yet again. Beckham and Hernandez are next after Leury/Mendick, but more likely someone like Schoop or E.Escobar.
