Great comeback, glad I (and most here) stuck with the second game. Rey Lo and Foster kept it close, glad Foster was OK after the scary comeback.

Keuchel shooting for 5 or 6 IP tomorrow in his quest for 160. Hope the Sox crush Ober, then Pineda to close out the homestand, before leaving Jason and Steve in their dust and heading up to Milwaukee.

I think heaven is watching Gavin Sheets walk off Jose Berrios on an endless loop for eternity.  That was awesome.

I am fully aware that both Sheets and Burger are a bit expendable and could be traded within the next 10 days.  If it’s for the right return, I’ll get on board.  But man, both have been such great pieces of this team so far!

Quck Pitch on MLBN is an hour-long show with highlights from every game, using the tv and radio announcers calls of all the key plays. Runs on a loop overnight until 9am.

This morning, on highlights of the 2nd game, as Gavin Sheets is striking out in the 5th inning, one of the Twins announcers said:

"That will be the lasting image of Gavin Sheets against Jose Berrios"

Yesterday went from the feeling of impending disaster to no one can stop us in one swing.

No kidding. This team should not have the record is does with all of the players missing. They had 2 maybe 3 players from the expecting starters for the season playing.

Sheets also got interviewed by MLB Network after the game by Amsinger, Plesac and Showalter for almost 4 minutes.

Also nice to see Moncada and Anderson hit some HR's recently, too.
