So what does it mean that 8 of the nine squares in Luis' strike zone graphic are red???  Lol

Translation: He's good at baseball.

Every time he speaks about baseball it's clear he hasn't attempted to modernize himself in the game at all. "Sabermetrics would tell me to pinch hit Pablo Ozuna for Jim Thome" If that's what you believe in 2021, good luck getting a managerial gig

He's a young LaRussa in his stubbornness.

It didnt cost a base but that was a really stupid throw by AV there.

Ump missed such an obvious strike. Good thing it only cost Lopez a few pitches.

Beckham is far more tolerable today tbh. I’ve kind of enjoyed him.

In retrospect this makes me even madder at how bad the Royals looked against Cleveland.

Slider up too much and it's 6-3.

Looked like Salvy was ready for it. It looked like he inched a little closer to the plate right as Lopez started his wind up.

The use of expletives by this Royals squad is unacceptable....you never see that bullshit from our Sox.

Particularly from Liam Hendriks.

Lopez is still real questionable as a starter, especially when he doesn't have his good slider. He's much more valuable as a long reliever in Kopech's old role.

Lopez got rocked this inning. Three lineouts, couple with .500+ xBAs. Hopefully he settles down in the 4th, otherwise he’s not long for this game. Still miles better than Keuchel

Also, Robert is such a luxury in CF. He is so fast that when he gets a good jump he makes catches that very few CFs could reliably make look routine.

Ump giving Santana off the plate and inside. But wouldn't give Lopez the low strike.

The old adage comes back to haunt us.  “Don’t let Salvy beat you”.  It has happened too often In the past.

Cool glad Santana gets the low strike and not Reynaldo.

Lopez gonna have a short leash tonight.  That slider was really bad that inning.

Classic too much Beckham…Sox up vs Mets 4-3, top of 9th…2 outs…Reed relieving Sale for the win…pop up in front of mound…Beckham runs from deep 2B, clips Reed and knocks down Conner Gillespie who was ready to catch it and game ovah…ball drops for big E4…game tied..Hawk finished the game repeating You gotta be bleeping me…Lord have Mercy…too much of his little GA buddy…

You'll never have a more obvious opportunity to steal with Robert than in this AB.

He’s not running well at all

I think he's looked great running the last week or so. He had 3B stolen easily earlier tonight when Gallagher threw the ball into LF.
