We are due for a Cishek tweet after that Harold post.

A certain someone is probably debating how many exclamation points and eyeballs to use to garner that precious Twitter interest while also not giving away from where he is gleaning his "ideas."

You know what‘s weird, none of the national writers are talking about Chris Taylor.  Like I haven’t seen any rumors on him lately.  Seems like with some positional movement finally happening we’d start hearing about him some.

Mariners were linked to him by Rosenthal today

Rosenthal had a thing on him for Seattle today.

It’s going to be fascinating to see how this pitching market shakes out.  Obviously it sounds like Scherzer & Gausman will make decisions within the next 48 hours.  After that, it seems like the losers will then need to pivot to Ray & Stroman or go the trade route.  Just not much left after those guys if you want a sure-fire TOR type outside of possibly Rodon, but he clearly comes with his own issues.

And it seems like there is a handful of teams are in the mix for these same couple pitchers.  Mets, Angels, Dodgers, Giants, & Mariners are the recurring names you keep hearing and then you have possibly us (if you believe Nightengale).  Interesting to see the Castillo name already start popping.

Would go to Hahn's house and rake his leaves if he is able to snag McNeil (first Arb eligible this Winter) for Kimbrel or Keuchel, and spend the difference wisely.

He had a rough year at the plate but his prior years look great, and pre-2021 killed RHP, plus good D at 2nd. That would be a better use of Kimbrel than Segura+ table scraps and also cheaper too.

Who knows if Mets even want him plus Cohen may prohibit Eppler from doing business with JRs team.
