You trust a 3 run lead too much. Hendriks is an animal and I have no doubt that man can pitch 2 tonight and be available tomorrow.

Also a lot harder to be proactive with the 3 batter limit

How much longer are commercial breaks in the playoffs? Cause I think that's contributing to this game taking this long.

Is there a stat for 2 strike fouls that would've been a strike?  Every year it seems like those kind of teams go deep

Tomorrow isn’t promised. Unload the pen tonight

Unload it, do what you can with Rodon and whoever can pitch tomorrow and hope for a gem from Lynn in game five. That should be the plan but it all starts with tonight.

My point is we don’t need Hendriks to go 2 innings so far

Is Garcia still in right?  Can someone else play there please.  He did make the last out

Agreed. Give Kimbrel a clean inning then throw Hendriks the 9th. Simple.

They are noticeably longer.  Like an extra minute at least.

Honestly I don’t think I’d throw Tepera tomorrow except as a backup option in extras already, so if he thinks he has something left I’d go for it today.

I'm with you, should just be a last man in type situation. He has given up 37% his runs this season returning the second day. Hopefully, Tony learned his lesson with Crochet.

Ryan Tepara: 19 runs allowed this season, pitched back to back 11 times, gave up 7 runs (37%).

I'm assuming Engel is hurt, but Hamilton isn't

Big out. Bummer needs to keep that sinker away from Bregman.

Bummer leaving some meatballs over the plate. He just hasn't been good.

Can't live on hope. Minute Maid is Lynn's kryptonite, he can get 2-4 innings tomorrow, let Lucas pitch a Game 5.

If he can go, sure.
