I think that TLR has been ok this season, but fully believe that the Sox will regret not hiring Hinch for a long, long time to come.

Yep, he could've taught how to cheat our way to a championship at least

They didn't run hard for most of the second half of the regular season.  Can't expect them to suddenly be legging out close plays now.

Yeah, not a fan of the way this team loafs on routine plays. Still need to bust it down the line. I know Tony said it's OK down the stretch to do that to save legs and heal, but maybe he should have had a meeting and said "OK boys, time go hard!" Sad you'd have to have a meeting for that. Ugh.

Moncada going through the motions is tough to watch.  Eloy being a dog is tough to watch.  Maybe next time before they step up to the plate they can go over to Sheets and stick their hands down his pants and rub his balls like a miniature Buddha not just for good luck but to feel what a real pair feels like.

2 big double plays from Abreu and Eloy hurt.  Double plays have been the Sox Achilles Heel this season.  TLR has not adjusted with some hit and runs or even straight steals.  Abreu has led the majors in DPs hit the last 3 years.  Help him out with some hit and runs, which also pressures the defense and open holes in the infield.

Embarrassing half inning for us.  The offense just doesn’t look they want it and the crowd is basically non-existent right now.

Crowd had the life sucked out of them falling down 5-1.  Reality is setting in.

Launch Angle Adjustment sessions all off-season please.

Jose and Eloy have always been ground ball hitters. Both have average launch angles below 10 degrees despite being power hitters.

It is who they are. It was nothing about a switch being flipped. They just aren’t a fundamentally sound team this year.

Anyone find it weird that FS1 turned their strike zone overlay off in the top of the third and the umpire decided to shrink the zone? But has since gone back to his giant ass zone?

I certainly noticed that as well. Was just an enormous turning point in the game. Carlos could have easily been out of that inning without a run.

Abreu has choked on balls up and Eloy has aggressively chased pitches down and there's no reason to change the approach of he's going to keep doing it.

Ultimately on the playoffs, your talent needs to shine.  You can only tolerate so many players having a shit series.

The 2 missed calls on Bregman were huge.
