Eloy can't hit 91 in. Organization better start really thinking about what to do with him, he has regressed something fierce.

LF next year, coming off a short year last year and this year with his injury. He needs the off-season to get healthy and stronger and work on his swing/approach at the plate. He has way too much talent to just give away and give up on this quickly

Yep. And I think he will. He hates this more than all of us. It’s in there tho and that’s the biggest hurdle. People talking about trading him coming off 21 are nuts.

It’s easy to see why he’s struggling.  Too far off the plate and then opening up too early. He has no power at the point of impact.

Either we're getting a massive Rally Engel bomb or the season is dead.

Season is dead. So disappointing. I hate the Astros. And I hate a lot of the choices the Whitesox make cause the old stooge in charge up top

Man, no one has been effective today.  No one.  People talk about team wins, this is a team loss so far.

It's been the whole series. Pitching did not show up except Tepera and Hendriks. They have zero room for error.

Well, Game 1 was a pitcher who we know sucks in Houston but is ok against them on the road so we pitched him in Houston and were astonished he sucked.

Game 4 was a pitcher we knew only had so much in the tank, so we waited until he loaded the bases then left him in. Then went to the pitcher we said we weren't going to use because he worked hard on Sunday.

And throughout all of that, we have defensive positioning giving them baserunners.

It all boils down to TLR not being the man to push them over the top.  The season and now the post season proved that.

No he's not.  At all.  Ever.  Seriously what the fuck is wrong with you to even say that.

TLR was supposed to rest him and he didn't.  That's on TLR not Kopech.

You know Kopech has been awful since the ASB, especially as a reliever?

He specifically pushed them backwards all series. Pitching usage, positioning, the attitude and lack of HFA coming into it, all of these are major roadblocks.

Please don't tell people how to post after YEARS of nonsense from you.

Ok - let’s go ahead and talk about how the games over and focus only on plans for next year while there’s 3 innings left.

I can't say this enough, NOTHING changed from 2020 to 2021 in terms of what the Sox needed to fix to get deep in the post season.  The baseball IQ didn't come up, the defense didn't get any better, and the pitching wasn't able to figure it out against the top of the league.

It was worse IMO
