They were outplayed from top to bottom. It isn't just the managing/coaching, it isn't just pitching, it isn't just hitting(or lack thereof). When you are asked to pitch you go out there and pitch and get hitters out. Of course your not always going to have success so you figure out how to fix your issues, don't make excuses.
