Would have had homefield in the ALCS and World Series against Boston and Atlanta. Houston was a bad matchup for the Sox but had they survived, could they have gone all the way? It was really really hard to watch the whole pitching staff piss the shit out of itself. Houston’s lineup is really good, but I was still expecting way more dominant stretches. A primary task for the Braves now is to keep the wet blankets thrown on Altuve, as he is often the catalyst that gets the big innings going.
