FoxForce2 198 Posted May 14 If I'm reading this right, the Sox went 0-3 on 9 pitches in the bottom of the 8th. That's one fearsome 3-4-5 of the lineup. 1
greg775 1,727 Posted May 14 I tell u one thing. If Sox lose all five to KC next week or 4 of 5, there should be a housecleaning. Hahn, Tony, hitting coach all should be fired. No excuses. Sox already have sucked vs. the Central and should be "ready to play," if this team is capagle of being "ready to play." Five game series can be weird. If the Sox lose game one of the five game set, look out. But if you lose all five, I'm serious, heads have to roll.
greg775 1,727 Posted May 14 U know what. I like Foster but I did think his pitches were screaming "hit me" this inning. Ouch.

maxjusttyped 2,487 Posted May 14 The Yankees offense is relentless. Must be nice to cheer for a team like that.

hankchifan 687 Posted May 14 Sousa has looked much better than Banks. It’s time to bring Sousa ahead of Banks in game situations against lefties. No more Banks pitching to right handed sluggers please.

fathom 11,099 Posted May 14 Hahn isn’t being fired a week after being named in a lawsuit. Would be a very bad look.
elrockinMT 493 Posted May 14 It just keeps getting worse. I guess pop ups and groundouts just don’t match up to home runs

Balta1701 5,229 Posted May 14 So 25 runs in 18 innings with 8 home runs and that’s with Keuchel coming up?
elrockinMT 493 Posted May 14 Last three loses with 37 runs allowed. I don’t think you win many games like that

greg775 1,727 Posted May 14 Yankees are going to score a lot of runs again. Probably lead 6-1 after 3?

If the Pythagorean formula means anything in this sport they’re actually overplaying their projected record.
