I'd prefer Vaughn in LF, Pollock in RF with Engel mixing in regularly. Eloy and Sheets should almost never step in the OF grass so far as I'm concerned.

Should have traded Eloy last offseason, rumor had it Ng wanted him, and they had excess pitching.

Eloy will never be able to play on a regular basis, and the club doubts he will be able to hit as a DH.

Kopech's velocity a bit concerning here.

What’s he sitting for those of us not watching?

Neither Vaughn nor Sheets should be playing the OF under any circumstances.

Someone has to do it until there's a major trade to break up the 1B/DH/"corner OF" log jam. I think Vaughn is the best of bad options but I understand why people disagree. He isn't an outfielder either.

Maybe the fact he has started in three years he's a little off and having a bad day.

I think it's normal to expect some rough outings. I don't think it necessarily means his arm is hurt. He's never thrown more than 70 ML innings.
