Bad call or not, it was Leury's job to move the runner. First pitch swing, not usually going to get it.

I don’t understand that rule at all. The base is completely on the left side of the first baseline so if you’re going to hit the bag with your right foot, how can you possibly keep your last step with your left foot to the right side of the line?
