But he basically had 3 pitchers available and pitched all 3 in the 7th inning!!! Put Lambert out there and save the other guys. If he gets beaten up for 5 or 6 runs maybe the other two get easy mop up duty and then they don’t use Foster and Ruiz in extras, and they’re in a more usable state on Sunday so that game turns into a win. If it was the dreaded right forearm stiffness…well, TJ is par for the course this season since we haven’t had one yet, lol. There aren't any right choices among these pitchers unless it works. Graveman doesn't like to be used as often but the shuttle bums have no choice unless they want to tell the manager how much their arms hurt being used so much.
