What do you expect at that age unless you're Verlander or Ryan?

No, it's just weird. I didn't think much about it having to do with his age. Most pitchers are pretty consistent velo wise over the course of a season. Even older ones.

Rodon shutting out the Tigers through 5. Yermin also playing for the Giants tonight.

No no hitter the biggest news.

No Brandon Inge or Miggy?

Sal Perez?

Let's get Cueto some more runs right here.

Cueto showing me a lot here today.

Gutting it out from the back issue, and now putting up a zero vs the heart of the order after given the lead.

Take note Lucas.

Yoan seemed like he saw the ball better righty before his injury and that continues

Sheets is a lefty and of our few home run hitters.  He needs to stay as DH against righties and/or pinch hitter.

When Gavin Sheets bats the whole country watches. The White House goes on lockdown.

Sheets should have hammered that.  Massive hanger but pops it up once again.

He has an exaggerated upper cut swing, good for homers when he barrels it but many popups as well.

This is the first time in his career he's ever been better from the right side.

Why not pinch hit Burger for Seby here?

I’m ok with it considering a LHP

Seby has been decent with the bat, and def prefers lefties.

I'm sure that's the logic, but I'd rather have Burger up here & then put Reese at C. but it's far from one of TLR's more egregious mistakes.

Yeah; it’s fair especially with McGuire sitting last night too. Result didn’t make it any better!

Agreed but I doubt any manager would make that move
