what do we do with this Garcia quandary? i'm still all for dealing him, would you offer to see who would sign first MB or Freddy? and then deal the one that doesn't sign along with jose?

Deal Freddy. MB will bounce back

For some reason, the sox look like they can compete with the Twins tonight. The last couple of series the sox looked overmatched.

Does this mean Owens might actually be a fallback plan in LF next year? How's he looked?

Think CF, Owens showed more baseball instinct tonight than BA has all year combined. This kid looks like a baseball player.

If Owens is starting next year, we're in trouble. Garcia looks great again...he's making it tough on KW and Ozzie to trade him. At least his value is going to be sky high if we do get rid of him.

Would you rather have Owens/Pablo or Pierre, who will be more expensive? Owens should be able to hit .270, steal at a greater success rate than Pods, and play decent defense.

Owens hit .262 in Charlotte this year why in the hell would his batting average jump 10 points on his arrival in the bigs?
